Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 4,500 s/f long-term lease for Innisfree, a South Korean cosmetics brand, at 750 Lexington Ave., one of the premier retail corridors in the country. Space will become the brand’s second flagship location in the U.S.
A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of executive director Andrew Kahn and senior director Christian Stanton represented the tenant. Jason Pruger, Harrison Abramowitz and Adam Weinblatt from Newmark represented the landlord
