Brooklyn, NY The CPEX Brooklyn Retail Leasing Team has completed a lease agreement at One Brooklyn Bridge Park with Everyday Athlete. The fitness studio, which offers a variety of fitness training programs for adults and children, will occupy 4,700 s/f.
“We are excited to welcome Everyday Athlete to One Brooklyn Bridge. They will serve as a great amenity to both the residents in Brooklyn Heights and all the visitors at Brooklyn Bridge Park. As the park now reaches completion, it is no surprise that interest from retailers continues to grow for the remaining vacancy. We look forward to filling the last 15,000 /f of retail with other exciting tenants,” said Ryan Condren, managing director of the Brooklyn retail leasing team at CPEX Real Estate.
Three blocks from its flagship location on Clinton Street, 360 Furman St. will be Everyday Athlete’s second location in Brooklyn Heights. Located at the base of 438 luxury residential units in Brooklyn Bridge Park and in close proximity to the highly anticipated new condominium offering at Pier 6, the space will serve as the primary location for Everyday Athlete’s group sports training programs and will allow them to provide their clients with a more expansive space for their training activities. Other tenants at One Brooklyn Bridge include Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, ONE15 Marina’s restaurant concept, Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Waterfront Wine, and WAG Club.
CPEX’s Retail Leasing Team, consisting of Condren and associate director George Danut, represented the landlord in the lease.
