Manhattan, NY RKF has arranged a 5,396 s/f lease for Privé Revaux Eyewear at 120 West 42nd St. in Midtown, which is the brand’s first ever brick-and-mortar location.
RKF managing director David Abrams and associate Pierce Thompson represented the tenant. JLL’s Matt Ogle represented the landlord, Callahan Capital Properties.
Situated on West 42nd St. between Sixth Ave. and Broadway, Privé Revaux will occupy 5,396 s/f at The Cubes 42nd St., a 75,000 s/f glass and steel building in Midtown.
The store is a few blocks away from landmarks such as Bryant Park, Times Sq. and Grand Central Terminal, as well as several nearby residential towers. Neighboring retailers include Tourneau, Pandora, Equinox, and SoulCycle.
“Midtown is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Manhattan, home to a full spectrum of retailers catering to toursists and an important office worker population,” said Abrams.
“The incredible foot traffic on 42nd St. is a great driver for Privé Revaux Eyewear to test the concept, market and build awareness around the brand.”
