New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $143.604 million for the following 11 properties:
• $46 million for a 10-story office building comprised of 123,600 s/f in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $18 million for a seven-story mixed-use building containing 83 apartments and 6,000 s/f of commercial space on Taaffe Place in Brooklyn. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $17.769 million for two multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 122 units in the Kingsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx. David Sessa, managing director of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $16.5 million for a seven-story multifamily apartment building containing 104 apartments and 8,140 s/f of commercial space on Broadway in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.
• $10 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 112 apartments on University Ave. in the Bronx. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $9.5 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 25 apartments and one commercial unit in the Chelsea neighborhood. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
• $8.49 million combined financing for a newly built, five-story residential condo building with 21 units and an existing four-story industrial building to be converted into a residential apartment building with 33 units in LIC. Matthew Albano, managing director of GCP arranged the financing.
• A first position mortgage in the amount of $4.6 million for a portfolio of nine multifamily apartment buildings containing 75 units and one commercial unit located throughout Manhattan and the Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.
• $3.8 million for two five-story, multifamily apartment buildings containing 57 apartments on Webb Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
• $3.57 million for a four-story, mixed-use building containing six apartments and 1,210 s/f of commercial space, located on Bedford Ave. in Brooklyn. Albano arranged the financing.
