New York, NY According to Schuckman Realty Inc., Trent Dickey has joined the Schuckman team as vice president of New York City landlord representation, a newly created position to manage the firm’s brokerage expansion.
Dickey is responsible for managing and growing landlord leasing operations including overseeing brokerage teams and facilitating deal-making. His experience spans asset classes nationally and his track record of deal making has helped him build a network of retailers, brokers and landlords.
Previously, Dickey was head of retail leasing at Cohen Equities where he managed a five million s/f portfolio across 27 states. In that position, he completed over 100 transactions of urban, suburban, grocery anchored and lifestyle centers as well as redevelopments.
Dickey also worked at Acadia Realty Trust as a leasing representative covering the New York, Boston and Chicago metro areas where he closed over 70 transactions comprised of a mix of urban, suburban, development and grocery anchored properties. He started his career as an analyst and was eventually promoted to director of brokerage with NAI Global of NYC where he closed over $60 million of office and retail transactions in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Dickey majored in finance, graduated from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business and received a bachelor of science degree in management.
He is a licensed associate real estate broker and a member of the ICSC, the ICSC Next Generation Committee, The Young Men & Women’s Real Estate Association of New York, and an active member of the Metropolitan Club and their Junior Membership Committee, including the Real Estate Board of New York, REBNY.
