New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $120.5 million for the following 13 deals:
• $25 million for three six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing 63 apartments and 5,700 s/f of commercial space on Second Ave., Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $17 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 73 apartments and 3,500 s/f of commercial space on St. Nicholas Ave., Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $16 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 76 apartments and 1,300 s/f of commercial space on Classon Ave., Brooklyn. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.
• Construction financing in the amount of $10.9 million for the ground up development of a multifamily rental building containing 35 apartments and 35,600 s/f of ground floor commercial space in Upper Manhattan. Matthew Albano, managing director, and Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $9.9 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 73 units on Britton Ave., Queens. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
• $8.5 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building with 15 apartments and 2,500 s/f of commercial space on Kenmare St., Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing.
• $7.3 million for a four-story multifamily apartment building containing 17 units in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
• $6 million for a one-story, 10,260 s/f, single-tenant commercial building occupied by Rite Aid Pharmacy in Rockaway Park, Queens. Brostovski arranged the financing.
• $6 million for a five-story office building comprised of 60,000 s/f at St. Marks Place in Staten Island. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
