Bohemia, NY According to P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC), two of its employees received new certifications that will spur growth in the firm’s engineering and environmental divisions.
Dave Hermantin, PE, CGD, and branch manager of PWGC’s Connecticut office, has received his professional engineering license in the state of Rhode Island. Heather Moran-Botta, a senior hydrogeologist at PWGC’s Bohemia office, has passed her Safety Management Specialist exam and is officially a Board-Certified Safety Professional (BCSP).
With the addition of Rhode Island, Hermantin is now licensed to practice engineering in four states, others include Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania. As a senior project manager, Hermantin focuses his talents on PWGC’s environmental, geotechnical and mechanical engineering efforts.
Moran-Botta’s BCSP achievement opens the door for additional safety training in pursuit of her Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. This highly respected certification is awarded by BCSP to individuals who meet eligibility and experience criteria in the safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) discipline and have passed a rigorous examination.
Her achievement will enable PWGC to better serve our growing list of municipal and institutional clients.
Moran-Botta continues to work towards her Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification as part of her effort to attain her CSP.
