Manhattan, NY Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. plans to open a Nordstrom Rack at The Durst Org.’s 855 6th Ave. The 46,500 s/f store is scheduled to open in fall.
Nordstrom Rack will occupy the first three floors of the newly constructed office/residential tower. The location is on the corner of 31st St., two blocks from Herald Sq.

This will be the second Nordstrom Rack store in the borough. The company also plans to open a Manhattan flagship Nordstrom store in 2019.
