Rye Brook, NY According to Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group, the commercial arm of real estate firm Houlihan Lawrence, it is expanding into Connecticut with agent Michael Rackenberg as team leader serving the communities throughout Fairfield County including New Canaan, Greenwich and Stamford. He will be joined by experienced agents Terry Baxendale, Jim Higgins, Peter Wells and Teresa Marziano.

Rackenberg will oversee the agents, working between the company headquarters in Rye, NY and the residential brokerage office in Greenwich, CT.

The new team has already secured deals throughout Connecticut. Baxendale secured the sale of 62 Mason St. in Greenwich for $2.8 million. This historic building was originally listed for lease, but Baxendale impressively brought a prepared buyer to the opportunity. Additionally, Wells has brokered leasing deals in Greenwich at both 86 Greenwich Ave. and 125 Mason St. by sourcing the right tenants for the properties.
