First job in real estate or allied field: I have co-managed my family-owned properties since I was 18-years-old.
What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am the principal of Fimida Enterprises, a New York City-based real estate firm focused on expanding multifamily and mixed-use investment properties. I recently launched our development division and we have three projects underway.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? It's hard to unwind in real estate all together. However, coming home to my wife and children reminds me of the most important things in life, and that forces me to take the time away from work and enjoy my family.

Favorite movie: James Bond (007 series)
Last song you downloaded? "Uptown Funk" by my friend Marc Ronson (which happens to be my childrens' favorite song.)

Rules to live by in business: Honor, integrity, work hard and don't give up on something you believe in!
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I want to invite my father to dinner. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2008 and I have many questions that I never had the chance to ask him.
What is your dream job? I'm living it!
