Full-service construction company DiMarco Constructors has hired Gregg Grates as senior project manager and Suzanne Neace as director of information management.
As senior project manager, Grates is responsible for managing customer relations and project development, project oversight and monitoring, and business development. He also acts as corporate manager of construction management services by establishing and maintaining collaborative client relationships, providing contract management and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Grates will specifically work on overseeing DiMarco Constructors' construction management services contract for Monroe Community College's new $72 million downtown campus.
Grates comes to DiMarco Constructors with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, he spearheaded GRG Construction Services LLC, where he managed various construction projects, scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, estimations and new business development.
He received his Bachelor of Science from Utica College of Syracuse University in construction management, with a minor in business administration. Grates resides in New Hartford, New York.
As director of information management, Neace is responsible for identifying new business development opportunities, developing prospective markets and maintaining relationships with existing clients. She also communicates with clients, manages expectations and ensures compliance of customer contract requirements. Neace is responsible for information flow and reporting of project details to clients and owners, reviewing file maintenance and streamlining processes, and assisting field personnel with project management.
Neace returns to DiMarco Constructors from Edgemere Development, where she was director of finance. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. Neace resides in Webster.
