Swig Equities, LLC appoints Rizzi as property manager of 110 William Street

According to Kent Swig, president of Swig Equities, LLC, James Rizzi has been appointed property manager of 110 William St., a 32-story commercial office building containing 900,000 s/f in the Financial District (FiDi) office market. In his new position, Rizzi will be responsible for the daily operations of the property, including payroll management, forecasting and budgeting, and oversight of all building employees. "I am thrilled that Jim has joined our Swig Equities team and I look forward to working with him. He will bring the solid expertise needed to maintain our property at 110 William St. to the highest standards," said Swig. Rizzi brings many years of experience in New York City property management working with top tier firms including Kushner Companies, Stellar Management, Titan Painting Incorporated and the Stanton Hedge Fund. Prior to joining Swig Equities, Rizzi was the property manager for Kushner Companies where he was responsible for managing the property and the renovation of 2 Rector St., including the entire renovation building process. He was also responsible for tenant issues or concerns and the oversight of leases. Before joining Kushner Companies, Rizzi held the position of president at Titan Painting Incorporated where his responsibilities included managing all aspects of business development, including management of a 12 person workforce. He will be reporting to Anthony Zagrafos who serves as vice president of property management for Swig Equities, and Joe Caraciolo who serves as vice president and director of engineering services for Swig Equities.
