First job in real estate or allied field: Intern draftsman for a company that fabricated reinforced gypsum column covers and other architectural elements.
What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Our firm focuses on projects in the public realm and delivering well-designed buildings within modest means. Our projects are primarily in NYC, so available sites often come with challenges. We hope to continue doing what we do - and increasing our geographical reach.
Hobbies: Composting and woodworking
Favorite book: "Cryptonomicon" by Neal Stephenson (followed closely by the Lord of the Rings Trilogy)
Favorite movie: "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen" by Terry Gilliam
