VVA Project Managers and Consultants were hired by Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center to assist them with the relocation and development of a pediatric specialty nursing facility for medically fragile children with complex clinical conditions and disabilities. The project consists of a four-story 165,000 s/f LEED certified "green" building.

Other project team members for the 137-bed facility include: General contractor, Andron Corp.; and architect: Perkins Eastman Architects, PC. Bradley Grainger of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage also originated $100 million in fixed-rate financing for the $125 million project.
