Hauppauge, NY According to TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc., LGBT Network has signed a lease for 15,030 s/f at 125 Kennedy Dr. The 65,000 s/f office building is located in Hauppauge Industrial Park.
The LGBT Network is an association of non-profit organizations working to serve the LGBT community of Long Island and Queens throughout the lifespan.
Kyle Crennan of JLL, along with Ray Ruiz and Marianne Dugan brought the tenant to the building. Dan Oliver, managing director of Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), represented 125 Kennedy and TRITEC. TRITEC Asset Management renovated the LGBT Network space, and they are expected to take occupancy immediately.
“125 Kennedy is a beautifully maintained property with abundant parking. The site is right off Motor Pwy. and minutes from the Long Island Expressway. The building is more than 60% available and with the Hauppauge sewer expansion and access it is a great opportunity for new tenants,” said Oliver.
