Unlock higher learning potential, business referrals, and new career opportunities. All from the internationally recognized IREM certification. We’re offering the following courses in NYC this year:

April 13-16: Managing Maintenance & Budgeting

  • In the Managing Maintenance & Budgeting Track, you’ll complete your comprehensive training in property operations by covering property budgeting, accounting, and common financial reports, property maintenance programs, and risk management. After completing both Managing Maintenance & Budgeting Track and Managing People and Marketing Track, you’ll have mastered the diverse disciplines involved in maximizing your property’s potential.

June 15 -19: Asset Management

  • The Asset Management Track is comprised of skill-based courses that, when taken in sequence, progressively build your knowledge of financing and valuation of real estate assets. You’ll work hands-on to explore various models of financial analysis in three applications-based courses designed to help you capitalize on your real estate assets. Students will find the tools they learn here indispensable to the properties and the portfolios they manage.

August 10- 14: CPM Capstone

  • Quickly and efficiently complete the final steps needed to earn your CPM certification by enrolling in the CPM Capstone, designed for CPM Candidates who need to complete the management plan requirement and the CPM Certification Exam. You’ll review key concepts and calculations and then demonstrate proficiency in the elements that make up a management plan by completing the Management Plan Skills Assessment (MPSAXM), a classroom alternative to submitting an independent management plan. The Capstone concludes with the CPM Certification Exam.

November 9-11 & 16-18: Accredited Residential Manager

  • The ARM certification is the most recognized credential for residential real estate managers, and the ARM Track experience will get you one step closer to earning it. The ARM Track explores key concepts related to ethical real estate management and reviews the following key competency areas related to effective residential site management: human resources and relationship management, property financial management, maintenance and risk management, and marketing and leasing.
