Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has secured the first U.S. store for Devialet – the pioneering audio technology brand providing access to the best sound in the world – in a 10-year, 3,267 s/f lease at 92 Greene St. in SoHo.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of executive director Eric Le Goff, executive director James Downey and associate Hillary Muss represented Devialet. Robin Zendell of Robin Zendell LLC represented the landlord Continental Ventures.

“We are proud to have represented Devialet for its first store in the United States,” said Le Goff. “Devialet was attracted to the SoHo neighborhood as it is an epicenter of technology, business, art and music, making it the perfect place to open their first store stateside. We are certain their store’s addition will be a strong asset to the neighborhood.”

The property has access to mass transit, with proximity to the 4, 5, 6 and the B, D, F, M lines. Surrounding retailers include Jimmy Choo, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Etro and Stella McCartney.

This will be Devialet’s first standalone store in the U.S. and sixth globally. The space will initially open as a concept store ahead of its permanent opening in 2017. During this time, New Yorkers will be able to experience the brand first-hand and a private immersion listening room will be available for booking.

Devialet has made large developments in sound processing over the past decade and has achieved more than 100 patents and 50 awards.

Currently Devialet has stores in Paris, London, Berlin and Singapore and can be found exclusively at select Apple stores in the US.
