According to Cushman & Wakefield, (C&W) Levine Plotkin & Menin LLP, has signed a 7,600 s/f long-term lease at 888 Seventh Ave., located between 56th and 57th Sts.
Levine Plotkin & Menin, which will relocate from 1740 Broadway following its lease expiration, will occupy part of the 10th floor at the Vornado-owned Midtown Manhattan office building.
The firm was a long-standing tenant at 1740 Broadway, which is also owned by Vornado, having occupied space in the building since 1994.
C&W, led by Josh Kuriloff, Jodi Roberts and Andrew Braver represented Levine Plotkin & Menin. C&W has represented the firm in its last three lease transactions. Vornado was represented in-house by Glen Weiss and Jared Solomon.

"Levine Plotkin & Menin was in search of a unique, high-quality work space that would appeal to the firm's client roster," said Josh Kuriloff, a C&W vice chairman. "Following an extensive search in the Midtown and Midtown South submarkets, Vornando, who valued its relationship with Levine Plotkin & Menin, went above and beyond to keep the firm in its portfolio."

Levine Plotkin & Menin, which was founded in 1977, specializes in motion pictures, theater, television, literary publishing, music and music publishing, merchandising and endorsements, dance, fashion, design, photography, the Internet and new media. The firm's clients include directors, producers, authors, actors, popular and classical musicians and recording artists, fashion models, photographers, designers, dancers and theatrical composers and writers, many of whom have won or been nominated for Academy, Grammy, Emmy, Tony and other prestigious national and international awards.

888 Seventh Avenue is a 46-story, Class-A building located within walking distance of Central Park and near major subway lines.
