A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of executive director Andrew Kahn and senior director Christian Stanton represented the tenant. Jason Pruger, Harrison Abramowitz and Adam Weinblatt from Newmark represented the landlord

“As Innisfree continues to grow its presence in the U.S., the company will greatly advantage from premier visibility at 750 Lexington and tremendous daily foot traffic in proximity to this location,” said Stanton. “With Bloomingdale’s directly across the street, the property benefits from a diverse mix of neighboring affluent traffic generators, including 9.5 million s/f of office space within ¼ of a mile.”

750 Lexington Ave. provides a total of 4,500 s/f, consisting of 1,600 s/f on the ground level, 2,300 s/f on the lower level and 600 s/f of mezzanine space. The property also provides 25 ft. of frontage on Lexington Ave.

Located on Lexington Ave. between 59th and 60th Sts., 750 Lexington Ave. is a retail opportunity offering Innisfree maximum exposure. Neighboring retail tenants include Bloomingdale’s, Zara and Sephora.
