The property is situated at the intersection of Spring and Wooster Sts. in the center of the SoHo fashion retailing area. The property is a 76,000 s/f seven-story building with retail on the ground floor and a diverse group of office tenants on the upper floors. Mulberry has recently opened its New York flagship store at the property. The loan was placed for a 10 year term with 30 year amortization for the borrower with RiverSource Life Insurance Co.
