The team of James Famularo, Ravi Idnani and Jeff Geoghegan at NYCRS completed the lease assignment for 279 Church St. The 4,000 s/f former restaurant space was leased to Baked. The group currently has a location in Red Hook, Brooklyn and this will be their second location. Alex Torboff, represented the tenant. NYCRS agent, Famularo, Idnani and Geoghegan represented the landlord. The asking rent was $20,000 per month. The bakery is set to open early next year. Tags:
