President of New York retail leasing, Famularo, and director, Biberaj, represented the landlord and the tenant.
Located on Columbus Avenue between West 84th and West 85th Sts., 505 Columbus Ave. spans 3,000 s/f with an additional 3,000 s/f on a selling lower level. The property, which was home to Greek restaurant Kefi for more than a decade, features 13’ ceiling sand seats 199. Don Pedro’s is expected to open in the first quarter of 2019. 505 Columbus Avenue benefits from its location on a prominent restaurant block, surrounded by local eateries such as Prohibition, Blossom, Cotta, Good Enough to Eat, Joe Coffee Company, Jacob’s Pickles, and Viand Café, which Biberaj also represented when they moved into their location at 2130 Broadway.
