, Nancy VanIseghem, VP of NorthMarq Capital, Inc.'s upstate regional office, arranged first mortgage financing in amount of $800,000 for a branch of NBT Bank on 331 Main St. The property contains 8,000 s/f and is occupied by Norwich Bank and Trust. Financing was based on a 15-year term and a 15-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its correspondent relationship with Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York.

McMillan Realty operates four offices in Canandaigua, Clifton Springs, Honeoye, and Naples. McMillan Realty, was established in 1975 by Marty McMillan. Harrison, NY According to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of W&M Properties, Chemlube International, Inc. has signed a renewal and expansion lease for 3,497 s/f on the third floor of 500 Mamaroneck Ave. W&M Properties is the marketing and management agent for the building.
Chemlube markets base oils, finished lubricants and fuels, including alternative fuels. It had been occupying 2,597 s/f on the third floor, and now has expanded its space by 900 s/f and renewed for a term of five years.
