Manhattan, NY RFR Realty has arranged a 15-year, 14,707 s/f lease agreement with Showfields at 11 Bond St., a five-story retail property located on the corner of Bond and Lafayette Sts. in the coveted NoHo neighborhood.

Jordan Claffey, executive vice president of RFR and head of retail, represented the landlord, with the assistance of Christopher Owles and his team at Sinvin Real Estate. Brandon Singer of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the tenant.

“RFR is thrilled to have executed a lease agreement with this first-of-its-kind retail concept at 11 Bond St.,” said Claffey. “In a rapidly evolving retail landscape, RFR is at the forefront working with new and emerging concepts in New York and across its portfolio. The dynamic NoHo neighborhood in particular is home to extraordinary fashion and fitness concepts, eateries and residential developments, including KITH, Lafayette restaurant and the Ian Schrager 40 Bond condos – all of which are located at RFR properties. As an architecturally significant five-story building located on one of the most prominent corners of NoHo, 11 Bond is the ideal place for this exciting new retail venture.”

“This new concept is set to break the mold of the traditional retail market in one of NoHo’s most desirable locations: 11 Bond St.,” said Singer.  “We’re proud to continue to bring innovation and prime retail to this beautiful building and are excited to see the positive impact it will have not only on the neighborhood but on NYC retail itself.”

“It was a pleasure working with RFR to successfully secure such an exciting tenant who shared our vision for the redevelopment of this iconic building,” said Owles.

The Showfields lease at 11 Bond Street follows the execution of a 20-year lease with street-style lifestyle brand KITH from founder Ronnie Fieg at RFR’s 337 Lafayette, an entirely reimagined and iconic building. 11 Bond St. is located in the heart of Noho, now one of the leading hubs of creativity for the fashion and retail industries. The space is also in close proximity to New York University’s main campus, ample transportation hubs, Greenwich Village and the famous SoHo shopping district.
