On Thursday, February 2nd the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) will present "State of the Island." The keynote speaker will be Steve Levy of Common Sense Strategies and a former Suffolk County executive. He will discuss "Common Sense Strategies."
A real estate market update will also be presented by: Dave Pennetta, SIOR, Cushman & Wakefield; Chuck Tabone, SIOR, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; and Paul Fetscher, CCIM, CLS, Great American Brokerage.
The event will be held at Residence Inn, 9 Gerhard Rd., Plainview. Breakfast and Brainfoo will be offered from 8 to 10 a.m.
