IREM NYC "Rent Regulation" Luncheon - Sept. 20

On September 20th, IREM NYC will hold a luncheon at The Union League Club, 38 East 37th St., from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The luncheon will focus on “Rent regulation: What happens now?” featuring keynote speaker journalist Greg David, Crain’s New York Business.

With Democrats in control in Albany, the legislature and governor have agreed on a sweeping series of pro-tenant changes that essentially wipe out the deregulation efforts of the 1990s. Join David for a brief look at the history of rent rules in the city and explore what will happen to multifamily housing in the city. Networking cocktails sponsored by JAD.

The cost is $85 for IREM NYC member and $125 for non-member. Gentlemen, a jacket is required.
