Karni joins GFI Capital Resources Group as VP of accounting and compliance

According to GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc., Eyal Karni has joined the company as Vice President of Accounting and Compliance. The newly created position was established to facilitate the company's ongoing expansion and assist with enhanced investor-level reporting requirements both in the United States and abroad.
A leading provider of real estate and insurance services, GFI Capital Resources Group's numerous affiliates specialize in investment sales and financing, property management, construction, and development.
"With experience at prestigious firms such as Cushman and Wakefield and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Eyal brings valuable and varied experience in the areas of finance, accounting, and compliance. He will play an integral part of the growth of GFI Capital Resources Group as we continue to expand our portfolio through hotel and multi-family acquisition and development," stated GFI Capital CFO Jennifer McLean
In his previous role as Managing Director and Global Assistant Corporate Controller of Accounting for Cushman & Wakefield's New York City corporate headquarters, Mr. Karni directed the accounting department and interfaced with various corporate functions and dozens of regional offices. Mr. Karni received his Bachelor's in Business Management from the College of Management in Israel and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
