What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?
Led a Stroock team representing fund advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. in a joint venture with World Wide Group with respect to the development of a luxury tower at 250 East 57th St. and the related $450 million construction loan facility. The 715-foot Manhattan tower will have 65 stories with 266 residential units.
Led a Stroock team representing fund advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., as borrower, regarding $800 million loan from a life company secured by 9 properties across 5 states. Portfolio included office, residential and retail properties; mortgages on each property were cross-defaulted.
Represented fund advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., as majority equity investor, regarding formation of portfolio joint venture; acquisition of 3 office properties in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts; and closing of 3 acquisition financings and one loan defeasance. Properties were valued in excess of $1.5 billion dollars.
