Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. has completed two leases totaling 41,800 s/f.
In the first deal, Shore Pharmaceutical Providers, Inc. renewed their lease at 55 West Ames Court. The company currently occupies 40,000 s/f of industrial "flex" space in the building. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates in the lease negotiations. The tenant was represented by Doug Omstrom of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Shore Pharmaceutical Providers, Inc. is a subsidiary of Omnicare. Directly, and through subsidiaries, Onmicare provides a broad array of pharmacy-related services to long term care facilities and to other customers in the health care environment.
In the second deal Edward H. Lehman Agency, LLC leased 1,800 s/f of office space at 54 Sunnyside Blvd. The landlord was represented by Chuck Syage of Hunt, and the tenant was self-represented.
Edward H. Lehman Agency, LLC is a local Allstate Insurance Agency. Owner, Edward Lehman has been an Allstate agent since 2009 servicing hundreds of families in the local community with their insurance needs and helping them prepare a strategy to achieve their financial goals.
The suite is part of a 14,000 s/f building located off the Northern State Pwy. and the Long Island Expressway, and minutes from Rte.110 and the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.
"Mr. Lehman was looking for larger office space to accommodate his needs," said Syage. "The new location with its proximity to the parkways, abundant parking, and building signage make the space an ideal location for him."
