Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE | Syracuse, revealed the recent commercial real estate transactions:
* Bill Anninos represented the tenant Barnhart Crane & Rigging in the lease of 17,434 s/f of commercial space at 7200 Fly Rd. Barnhart Crane & Rigging is a heavy rigging and transportation services company. Pyramid Brokerage Company represented the landlord.
* Executive vice president Peter Finn and Larry Van Der Bogart exclusively brokered the sale of 1906 Brewerton Rd. (Rte. 11). The 7,800 s/f commercial building formerly occupied by Verizon, was purchased by a Florida investment group, who will redevelop the building for future tenancy.
* Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, and Marty Dowd represented the tenant, logistics company DHL, in the lease of 7,500 s/f of warehouse space at 16 Corporate Circle. DHL relocated to this shipping center from Eastwood. Oliva Companies represented the landlord.
* Ed Kiesa, CCIM, represented the tenant, law firm Farchione & Bowman, LLP, in the lease renewal of 4,345 s/f of office space at 217 Montgomery St. Pemco Group represented the landlord.
* CBRE | Syracuse exclusively brokered the $175,000 sale of 929 Avery Ave. Cathy Comer purchased the 4,704 s/f retail building, where she plans to open a restaurant/catering business. She currently runs Cathy's Corner Cafe on James St.
