According to Cushman & Wakefield, Microsoft Corp., the multinational developer, manufacturer, supporter and seller of computer software, consumer electronics, and personal computers and services, has inked a 20,600 s/f lease for their first area flagship store at 677 Fifth Ave. Microsoft will occupy the entire ground through fourth floors and a portion of the lower level at the building.
Andrew Kahn, Jonathan Scibilia, and Jesse Hutcher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, 677 Fifth Avenue Corp. Richard Hodos of CBRE represented Microsoft.
