Meridian Capital Group, LLC, a leading national commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, negotiated a land loan for 3 Hudson Boulevard on behalf of Meushar 34th Street LLC, an affiliate of The Moinian Group.

This transaction was negotiated by Meridian Capital Group senior managing director, Drew Anderman, and senior vice president, Alan Blank, who are both based in the Company's New York City headquarters.
3 Hudson Boulevard, located at 400 Eleventh Avenue across from the Javits Center, is a 46,634 s/f development site on the block bounded by West 34th St. and West 35th St., Eleventh Ave. and Hudson Boulevard Park, in the heart of the Hudson Yards district. The planned 1.8 million s/f LEED Platinum tower will contain premium corporate office space as well as exclusive state-of-the-art environmentally sustainable residential units.
The mixed-use property, designed by architect Dan Kaplan FAIA of FXFOWLE, will be distinguished by a twist in the physical structure, in order to maximize sunlight throughout the solar power generating tower. 3 Hudson Boulevard will be one of the tallest skyscrapers in New York City and provide extensive views of the city including the Hudson River, High Line, Central Park, Times Square and the Empire State Building.
