Q: The approximate number of years you have been a subscriber and/or how the NYREJ has been a benefit to you and/or your business:
A: The NYREJ has given Troutbrook information and market knowledge outside of the N.Y.C. marketplace enabling us to make recent investments and acquisitions in other geographical areas. The NYREJ has introduced us to other professionals we can work with that other publications and web sites have not exposed us to.
Q: Your most memorable or favorite "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ:
A: My most memorable 15 minutes of fame was selling 551 Madison Ave. when I was working on the Japan desk at CB Richard Ellis with my Japanese colleagues. This in turn lead to representing Donald Trump in the acquisition of 845 United Nations Plaza. The cities tallest residential building being built at that time.
