Szabo and Kahn join Fisher Brothers

According to Fisher Brothers, a New York City-based real estate firm that leases and manages more than six million s/f of class A office space in New York and Washington, D.C., Joseph Szabo has joined the firm as managing director, head of operations, and Heather Kahn has joined the firm as assistant director of leasing.
Szabo will oversee the capital projects in the Fisher Brothers existing building portfolio and manage day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Fisher Brothers, he was the managing director of operations at Tishman-Speyer Properties, overseeing engineering services in Brazil, China, Boston, Atlanta, Miami, Chicago and at Rockefeller Center in New York. Szabo's tenure with TSP dates back to 1987 and he has held positions within the company as senior director of operations for New York.
Kahn joins Fisher Brothers as assistant director of leasing and will work with director of leasing Marc Packman to attract and retain the premier tenants that have long been the hallmark of the Fisher Brother's portfolio of class A Manhattan office buildings. Prior to joining Fisher Brothers she worked at Paramount as an assistant vice president of leasing, and at Tishman-Speyer as a senior director in their New York office leasing spaces including Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building and Chrysler East.
Both Szabo and Kahn joined the firm on May 5.
