According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Vision Risk Services, LLC has purchased a 3,065 s/f office building at 300 Commack Rd. Andy Dorman of Hunt represented the seller and buyer.
The office building is a two-story, free-standing, commercial property, zoned for medical or professional use that sold for $605,000.
