Zazoom, LLC, an internet based news program, has signed a new lease at 55 Broadway, occupying 5,521 rentable s/f on a portion of the 8th Floor for a 28 month term. Zazoom, LLC, is a producer and multi-platform distributor of compelling, edgy, viral, advertiser friendly video content. Helmsley Spear represented the landlord, Gallen Technology Solutions, Inc., while Stephen Chasanoff of Colliers International NY, LLC represented the tenant in this transaction. Tags:
