Announcing our exclusive affiliation for the Long Island commercial real estate marketplace with Nautilus Solar Energy (NSE). NSE is a portfolio company of Starwood Energy Group. NSE develops, finances, manages, owns and operates distributed generation and utility scale solar electric systems. NSE is considered a premier solar developer and was selected to receive multiple performance incentive awards for large scale solar projects in New York State through governor Cuomo's NY-Sun Initiative. Zere Real Estate Services also secured an exclusive to represent Silverado Power who purchases vacant land from property owners for solar farms.
