Half Time is expanding with a new store scheduled to open soon at 139 Hoyt Avenue. Much like its original flagship facility located in Poughkeepsie, this new location will feature the world's largest selection of domestic and international beer, beer making supplies and equipment, offering just about everything to satisfy craft beer enthusiasts. The 19,500 s/f wholesale and retail beer warehouse features fifty cooler doors of cold beer from every part of the globe and 22 beers on tap that you can take home in a growler.
Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner of Goldschmidt & Associates, Scarsdale, New York represented Half Time. Goldschmidt & Associates has since 1991 specialized in the leasing and sales of retail, industrial and commercial real estate.
Goldschmidt located the vacant property formerly used as an industrial site within a short walk to downtown Mamaroneck and its Metro North train station. The site is also close to Exit 18 off of I-95 allowing for easy access to and from Connecticut, Rockland County, and the Bronx. The Village of Mamaroneck recognized the potential of this unique use which draws people from a radius of 20+ miles. The Village of Mamaroneck happily approved the use and encouraged the redevelopment of this site.
