As a hotel, the facility features amenities not found at other area hotels, including a movie room, a fitness center, and kitchens. "During the college calendar, Campus Gate gives FLCC students affordable, high-quality housing," said Mark Mascia, president and CEO, Mascia Development. "Now, Campus Gate Lodging will serve additional audiences over the summer when the college isn't in session. The hotel's amenities make it ideal for week-long vacationers, and its proximity to CMAC makes it a perfect overnight option for concert-goers."
