Brown, Rogers, McDermott, Bruns, and Goodfellow of JF Real Estate complete multiple transactions totaling 181,202 s/f

JF Real Estate has arranged the following transactions totaling 181,202 s/f: * Bright House Networks LLC leased 23,257 s/f at 5823 Widewaters Parkway. Len Brown of JF Real Estate represented the landlord, SHN Medical Office Properties Trust, and Kerry Mannion of COR Brokerage represented the tenant. * 210 Walnut Place Housing Corp. purchased 210 Walnut Place, a former sorority house on the Syracuse University campus, for $1.4 million. Brown of JF Real Estate represented the seller, Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Association of Syracuse. * Communication Service for the Deaf recently renewed their lease for 15,000 s/f of office space at 600 Erie Place. Edward Rogers, Sr. V.P. at JF Real Estate, represented the tenant and John Funiciello, president of JF Real Estate represented the landlord. * Martin McDermott of JF Real Estate completed a 12,800 s/f lease for the tenant, American Red Cross, located at 344 West Genesee St. * McDermott represented the tenant, US Government-Citizenship & Immigration Services, in a 5,800 s/f lease at Salina Place, 205 South Salina St. * McDermott represented the tenant, The Intelligence Group, LLC, in a 4,200 s/f lease at Franklin Center, 455 North Franklin St. Paul Myles of JF Real Estate also participated in the transaction. * McDermott represented the tenant, Industrial Medical Associates in a 4,800 s/f lease at 518 James St. * A new entity, Sports & Fitness, LLC has purchased the Sports Center 481 in East Syracuse. Dylan Bruns of JF Real Estate represented the owners, Sports Center 481, LLC, Collamer Road, LLC and Delta Development, LLC. Bruns was the sole broker in the transaction. * Ryan Goodfellow of JF Real Estate has completed the purchase of 23 acres of land in the Radisson Industrial Park in the Town of Lysander by Agrana Fruit US, Inc. from Empire State Development. Agrana is building a new 107,000 s/f facility at the site that will provide up to 125 new jobs in the area. * Diagnostic Imaging Center of Auburn leased 5,201 s/f in the Health Central Building, located at 37 W. Garden St in Auburn. Goodfellow completed the lease. * The U.S. House of Representatives leased 3,144 s/f at 1 Clinton Sq. for congressman Dan Maffei and the offices of the 25th Congressional District. Goodfellow completed the transaction.
