The DiMarco Group adds Posato, Ebejer and Dixon

The DiMarco Group had hired Joe Posato as IT manager, Hillary Ebejer as human resources manager and Stephanie Dixon as human resource hiring specialist. Posato manages daily activities of the IT department, and oversees strategic IT planning and implementation for the company. Ebejer is responsible for employee compensation and benefits program, HR policy development, employee relations, employee performance management and career development. Dixon is responsible for scouting top candidates to fill numerous positions across The DiMarco Group's family of companies. She supports general employee relations activities and provides backup to the benefits and compensation functions.
