NYSCAR to hold 12th Annual Real Estate Conference June 3rd-5th

By Michael Johnson On June 3rd, there will be a full-day CCIM Commercial Real Estate Negotiations class instructed by Joe Larkin, CCIM, SIOR. This workshop satisfies the Institute's 8-hour negotiation education requirement in earning the CCIM designation. CCIM Upstate New York Chapter members and Turning Stone Conference attendees can register at a discounted $185 rate by calling 800-621-7027 ext. 3100. On June 4th Jim Wilson, CCIM, SEC, EMS and Joe Crowley, SEC will moderate a full-day marketing session. If you have a property to market, you will not want to miss this great networking session.
