Colliers International has been selected as the exclusive agent to market three sites totaling 35,000 s/f of retail space in the heart of Tribeca. The three sites are available for combinations of lease, development, or sale. The three Tribeca retail sites include: * 249 Church Street - located at the corner of Church and Leonard, this three-level retail condo (ground, basement and sub-basement) includes approximately 6,000 s/f and is available for sale. Also known as 65 Leonard, the space includes 14-foot ceiling heights slab-to-slab on the ground floor, 85 feet of frontage, and is located directly opposite 62 Leonard Street, a 550,000 s/f residential tower, the tallest property to be built in Tribeca. 377 Broadway - located at the corner of Broadway and White Street, the site offers approximately 15,000 s/f of divisible retail condominium space on three levels (ground floor, mezzanine, and basement). The space is available for lease or sale, depending on the highest and best use. 108 Chambers Street - also known as 148 Church Street, the one-story retail building located at the southwest corner of Church and Chambers Streets is a 'tax payer' opportunity on a development site, which includes 2,000 s/f of existing retail and up to 14,000 s/f of buildable space. The sites are being marketed by the Colliers International team of senior managing director Charles Goldberg and managing director Hank Widmaier.
