CPEX adds Miller, Wideman and Waldron as associates

CPEX has added three new associates to further the company's investment sales efforts. Alec Miller will expand the multifamily investment sales team, Christopher Wideman will work on the industrial investment sales and leasing lines, and Heather Waldron will join the development & conversion investment sales yeam. Prior to CPEX, Miller worked as an emergency medical technician for the area surrounding Moorestown, N.J., where he was born and raised. He also gained experience working as a firefighter with the Hamilton Fire Dept. in upstate N.Y. He graduated from Colgate University with a bachelor of arts in Biology. Wideman began his career in real estate working as an in-house sales representative for Westgate Resorts, finishing among the top 20 in sales out of 250 associates. Wideman also worked at Susquehanna Holdings Ltd., assisting in the property management of commercial warehouses in central Florida. Wideman graduated from Fordham University, where he earned his bachelor of arts in Economics and Anthropology. Waldron joins CPEX having managed and owned a portfolio of residential properties in Cleveland, Ohio, while also working as a salesperson for RE/MAX. Waldron began her professional career as a manufacturing engineer at Lincoln Electric, a Fortune 1000 company, and quickly rose to production planning manager. She also served as president of the board of trustees of the Unity Spiritual Center in Westlake for two years. Waldron graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. "We are excited about the talent we are adding to our continually growing sales teams," said CPEX managing partner Brian Leary. "Alec, Chris, and Heather will all play meaningful roles in CPEX's expanding coverage of the New York market."
