What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010?
We developed a masterplan for an independent N-8 school. Three years ago, my firm designed the school's art and science center building. Enrollment has grown significantly since that time. In 2010, we were asked to develop a masterplan to determine future facilities needs. We analyzed the existing campus, surveyed various school constituencies, and recommended possibilities for short-term modifications to accommodate an increased 2011-2012 enrollment. We also provided an extensive program for long-term growth and development. The masterplan will be utilized as we now work with the school to expand its facilities to satisfy its current and future needs.
