Bryan Weingarten, WP Realty

Bryan Weingarten, CEO at WP Realty, provides overall direction for the company strategy, growth and asset management. He spearheads Acquisitions and Leasing to identify acquisition targets, negotiate agreements and cultivate national corporate leasing contacts. Weingarten has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding WP Realty in 1995, he was a partner in Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc., a Philadelphia-based real estate development and investment company, where he oversaw the acquisition and leasing of shopping centers comprising more than one million square feet. Prior to joining Preferred Real Estate Investments Inc., Weingarten was the Real Estate Director for Charming Shoppes, a national women's clothing retail chain. Weingarten graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 with a B.S. in Finance.
