Lyons , NY John Manilla and Dave Farrington of Pyramid Brokerage Co., in conjunction with NAI MLG Commercial, have completed the sale of the former 194,240 s/f school specialty facility at 1 Paliotti Pwy. to Silgan Containers Manufacturing. Pyramid Brokerage was engaged by NAI MLG to market the facility for sale, after subleasing a School Specialty space in 2006 and finding new space in Fairport in 2007.
