PWC Energy Forum tackles climate change and energy solutions

On October 28, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) National presented the latest in its ongoing series of energy forums, "Watts the Future of Energy and Power" at The Yale Club. Says PWC president Lenore Janis, "Our speakers will detail methods - both in place and planned - to tackle climate change and explore sustainable energy solutions, topics that are topping the national, state and local agendas." The program, moderated by Theresa Sanders, Northeast business development manager, AECOM Energy, featured guest speakers Christine Weydig, deputy director for energy, PANYNJ; Dan Dessanti, vice president of product development, National Grid; Arilella Maron, deputy commissioner, NYC DCAS, Energy Management; Ronald Bowman Jr., executive vice president, Tishman Technologies Corp.; Mark Loeser technical director, New Jersey's Clean Energy Program and Rachel Futrell, associate project manager, NYSERDA (NY State Energy Research and Development Authority).
