Buffalo, NY HUNT Commercial Real Estate has arranged four leases totaling 23,513 s/f. The deals include the following:

* Heidi Nuessle of HUNT brokered a 16,825 s/f lease 300 Centerpointe Corporate Park, Williamsville. Ciminelli Development leased the office space to Seneca Resources Corp.

* Karl Puzio of HUNT brokered a 4,139 s/f lease at 1437 Main St. The office space was leased to Southwest Key Programs, Inc.

* Jane Munro brokered a 1,449 s/f lease at Wegman's Plaza, Niagara Falls. The retail space was leased to Audiology on Demand, PC.

* Thomas Gentile of HUNT brokered a 1,100 s/f lease at 2201 Kensington Ave., Amherst. The office space was leased to Ciro Esposito.
