Spector Group to complete 10,000 s/f interior design project

The Spector Group will lead the interior design for approximately 10,000 s/f of commercial space for Monday Properties. Located at 230 Park Ave., the space is being leased by ING Real Estate Finance. Construction is already underway.

According to Scott Spector, AIA, principal, Spector Group, the design will be an "open plan" configuration with an efficient layout. He notes that construction will include the use of green materials and technologies including energy-efficient lighting, low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) paint and 100% recyclable carpet. ING Real Estate Finance is scheduled to move into the newly renovated area by the end of the year.
